Offers even heat distribution for a variety of serving options including, heat-safe vessels, induction-ready vessels, grab & go containers, and even serving without vessels for food items such as sandwiches, wraps, cookies, and more. Titanium steel construction with high-temp non-stick coating and a tempered glass surface that is easy to wipe clean. ETL-rated for sanitation. Pair with heat lamps for top to bottom warming.
Only 3.8 amps, the warming tray is safe to use in areas with reduced power or with battery power (try with SpringVolt). Without heavy metal heating elements like other warming shelves or countertop heating, the Stealth Warming Tray is lightweight and efficient in transfering heat by uitilizing high-quality conductive glass.
