Designed for commercial kitchen environments, the 4-zone countertop BOH Series induction cooktop delivers efficient, high-performance cooking in compact spaces. Ideal for back-of-house setups, our induction cooktops can either be placed right on an open countertop or seamlessly built-in to your countertop. Utilizing our ENERGY STAR certified* MAX Induction ranges, you get optimal efficiency with the power, precision, and performance of induction.
Utilizing Spring USA MAX Induction, the first commercial induction cooktops to receive ENERGY STAR® certification*, offer up to 90% energy efficiency - far outperforming gas (35%) and electric (50%) units. Better energy transfer means less radiant heat in your kitchen, lower fuel use, and greater savings and convenience in back-of-house operations.
With 4" legs and a 14" overall unit height, they help maintain a total working height of 36" to meet ADA standards, ensuring both accessibility and ergonomic comfort for busy kitchens.
