MAX Induction 2500W Double Cook & Hold Reconfigurable Induction Range with Griddle Overlay Kit

Harness the power and precision of induction to effortlessly cook griddle favorites using the MAX Induction Reconfigurable Double Induction Range and stainless steel Griddle Overlay attachment. Safer and more energy-efficient than gas or electric griddles, the MAX Induction Griddle Overlay quickly and securely fits on top of the MAX Induction Double Induction Range for a larger surface area than other induction griddles on the market, making it easy to cook breakfast items, burgers, cheesesteaks, and other grilled favorites. 

The SM-251-2CR features exclusive SmartScan® technology that assures correct temperature for optimal performance and energy-efficiency with over/under voltage protection and pan size and pan type recognition to protect pans from warping or food from burning. Constructed with a 5mm thick tempered glass top and reinforced stainless steel edge offers better protection of the range’s surface. Dual controls operate two independent hobs with 20 temperature settings.

The range used in this kit, MAX Induction SM-251-2CR, is so efficient, it is among the first commercial induction cooktops to receive the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA's) ENERGY STAR® certification.

Constructed with a 10 mm thick stainless steel cooking surface and hard chrome plating, the MAX Induction Griddle Overlay attachment is equipped with a stainless steel grease shoot, removable grease pan, and two removeable handles for easy cleaning and changeover. Range must not be built-in to countertop to use griddle attachment.
