Expertly welded in the USA, our premium stainless steel cabinets are constructed to industry-standard sizes so you can easily replace traditional 36" stoves and ranges with our energy-efficient, 4-unit induction range cabinet. Each cabinet features fully-sealed welds to reduce harboring of food particles and bacteria. Interior shelf for storage, doors with pocket handles, and integrated induction range controls provide optimal control in back-of-house settings.

Four independently operated zones with drop-in 2600W MAX induction ranges allow for ranges to easily be removed, repaired, or replaced. No technician required, zero service calls - just pop out the range and ship per our standard overnight replacement warranty. Drop-in MAX induction ranges offer optimal performance with increased energy savings over gas ranges. Equipped with a 5mm thick tempered glass, 20 temperature settings, and exclusive SmartScan® technology that assures correct temperature for optimal performance and energy-efficiency with over/under voltage protection and pan size and pan type recognition to protect pans from warping or food from burning. Automatic pan recovery seamlessly adjusts and recognizes pans as you lift or tilt from the surface during cooking, sauteing, or flipping - similar to a gas range but with no flash point and better cost savings than conventional gas.
