At this year’s International Baking Industry Expo (IBIE), we were proud to support world-renowned Pastry Chef Sébastien Canonne, M.O.F., Founder of The Butter Book, as he took to the RBA Bakers Center Celebrity Stage. Developed as a hub for creativity and practical tips, IBIE’s Center Stage offers a chance to see the best in baking and cake decorating.

Known for his expertise and educational approach, Chef Canonne walked through the process of preparing authentic naan— a delightful and versatile flatbread that is a staple in Indian cuisine. After mixing and proofing the naan dough, Chef Canonne demonstrated how to expertly bake the naan using Spring USA’s LoPRO™ Induction Range.
