Flex Zone Induction 

Instead of the 1-to-1 connection of traditonal induction ranges, the Surface provides multiple zones that can individually connect and combine to create larger heating zones based on vessel size—delivering powerful, precise heating  to accommodate vessels as small as 4 inches in diameter to full-size pans. 

Unique bridging capabilities allow for multiple ranges to sync as vessels are placed across ranges, creating a full-induction surface offering the greatest flexibility in layout and presentation.

 

 

 


 

SmartScan Technology

Intuitively adjusts heat level based on the size and material of each vessel and automatically recalls individual heat frequency so you can freely move vessels without having to continually reset power level.

 

 

 

 

 

 


 

Eco Safe Heating

Induction warming only initiates when an induction-ready vessel is present. Even when turned on, the surface is resting & cool to the touch until a vessel is connected, making it more efficient and safer than flame, gas, or electric.

 

 

 

 


 


Modular Installation 

Designed with the perfect dimensions to fit standard counter spaces, the Surface comes with a proprietary precision bracket that allows for exact placement of ranges with virtually no gap.
