1. Does the unit require power?
   No. The unit comes with a Chill Well that you place in a 0℉ freezer for a minimum of 8 hours.
2. How long will a food product stay cold?
   If you fill the cold unit with refrigerated product that is at or below 40℉, the food product will maintain a temperature at 40℉ or below for up to 6-8 hours (based on 76℉ room ambient temperature).
3. Can the Chill Well be reused?
   Yes. When you are done using the Chill Well, wash thoroughly in a pot sink. Return it to a 0℉ freezer for a minimum of 8 hours.
4. What is the use of this unit?
   The CI-1 maintains the temperature of cold foods, such as batters, sauces, toppings and dressings.
